💳 Deposits:
A 10% booking fee is required to book your appointment and will go toward your total.

⏰ Late Arrivals:
If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and you may still be charged in full.

❌ Cancellations:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service cost.

🚫 No-Shows:
No-shows will be charged in full. More than one no-show may result in walk-in only status.

📷 Photos:
Before and after photos are required for all treatments. With your consent, we may share results for educational or promotional use.

👶 Guests & Children:
No guests are allowed in the treatment room. Please arrange childcare as children are not permitted in the lobby.
